The transistor in driver stage is 2SA1930/2SC5171  MOSFET from TOSHIBA,The current amplifier stage is powered with 5 pair of Toshiba 2SA1943/2SC5200 famous audio transistors,Rate 450W output on 4Ohm load,Also has extremely low output impedance. Speaker protector integrated on this amplifier, There is a UPC1237 and a 24V high quality relay to protect your speaker as well.
